a.f.o.
I wonder how it would be if a limousine-wide, hypocritical smile would a part of my mentality.
ignition
Once you've ignited the sparkle of disrespect there hardly ever is a way back to any kind of true relationships.
Curious Seal in Riga
This sight took me by surprise a bit while browsing news galleries - curious Seal incognito taking pictures of demonstrators against firing the chief of KNAB, that had gathered at the parliament.

Yeah, and of course, later that evening he had some quality concert.

Gotta moves :)?
Ballerina poses get you nowhere
There are so many things passing by in your life, but all of them start similar, develop similar and end totally similar. And then you come about the fact that it's not the world that lacks variety, but your perception. Lack of ability to handle things differently - better, lack of determination to make-it-right. It's much easier to give up to some own-sweet-ways and beliefs that all that seems too good would never come true anyway, cos it never does, instead of making a push and boosting a self-belief.

Yesterday's airstrike
Ok I couldn't resist to blog about it a bit. They say such a destructive hail, ok falling pieces of ice, happen here once in 2-3 years. Yeah and forget about apples this year...
Actually I regret a bit not going outside and not having some icy shower :).
Here's a vid cought by my neighbor Vaidas:

via Carducci in 10 min after sun floods and +36

via Carducci during the strike

Candies

And at last I've received an action vid from Veronika. Impressive, huh :)?

Confusion in Tallinn
I wonder what was the cause of this - locomotive drove too fast or railway station ran too slow :).

Maybe EU provided some rails that were too fast?

books in boxes
Lately more and more I tend to classify people, make diagnoses, judgments and see-you-through-type kinda arrogant assumptions. The activity is fun and in some means useful, but the same time a bit despicable and at no point detached.
And I wonder how open-book am I.
And I wonder how open-book am I.
Unintentional intention
Throwing your shirt one floor down the balcony is a perfect way to meet some new neighbors :).
Action is a weapon of mass destruction
Do I really have to always use the ultimate weapon to check the truth? It gets already annoying.

Shrinker
Today I came about the fact that I'm the one who often shrinks the truth instead of stretching it. Kind of an anti-exaggeration.
Cola + mentos?
Surprisingly, but Latvians also are able to join to do something crazy... like beating a Guiness world record in making coke-plus-mentos-eruption :) - 1900 people took part.
Massive setup...

The action...

And the vid:

And I will go in a pages of world history as a guy who couldn't pull himself together for anything good, but rejected all mediocre.

Tā daļa Rīgas
Today I was too lazy and tired after my exam and even too tired to sleep, so as always, I started some unconscious surfing and ended up in feeling being touched and impressed what I found about my home city Riga, so I couldn't resist to share a bit :). So my journey started from Wikipedia (I can spend there some hours) and continued with clicking some links below...
The first stop was a gallery of Riga before WW1 - amazing - the same shapes, buildings, but without cars, very few people (funny dressed though), so neat and clean and no such thing as asphalt.

I love that tram

The Albert street - the ultimate art-niveau, looks a bit cleaner and neater. Yeah and we got electricity there :).

Such a spaciousness near the opera.

Funny sight - no monument of Freedom, but tram and monument for Tsar Peter I.

My next stop was at some trendy tool that leads you through the sights and panoramas around the Old town - nice job guys, never thought that someone in Latvia could pull themselves to waste some money on such a neat stuff.
And the last remarkable discovery was a guy (or a group) who is publishing a pic of Riga each day in a blog dedicated just for this purpose. The same city, same sights, different view and eye of a camera.

works always
Lack of spice in your life?
Everything goes smooth and nice, but at the same time a little boring?
Hanging out, being social, but feelin' short of action?
Didn't have hard feelings for a while?
Introduce some hate!

Oh...
Sometimes (zB yesterday) the first thing that comes into ones mind is a shit; in a significant part of occasions it's the one of a bird.
Some more oil
And I am pouring some more oil in the fire and screaming to myself: "don't regret, don't regret, never regret", yeah and it starts to help... at times. Kinda learning from Robbie :).

Self constraints
And I wonder how many of my limits are set by my lack of will, self-determination, decisiveness and how many of them I wouldn't be able to reach under no circumstances.

work
I know that if I worked it harder, made it better, did it faster I could get much more than I have now. And I don't want to pretend that I never told it to myself.

Herrund
Imao everything related to random - randomly, randomize, randomization, randomness etc. is totally and inappropriately overused degrading the expressiveness of it when it's really needed to describe something really random.

No problems?
Bothered by unbearable lightness of our own existence we make up unbelievably sophisticated problems for ourselves out of nothing.
Complement
Asking for a compliment is like sending yourself a postcard at Christmas.
But on the other hand it may shy-off and encourage someone who was about to say it.

On flooding
Some people think that the main thing is to keep on talking not being selective about the topic or not considering whether the talk mates are really into the stuff. They find themselves being great in this flooding stuff - anything they say is interesting and everybody's excited about how the storyline unfolds. Another approach is to maintain several topics almost at the time browsing for the most interested faces and once it's found put on the cruise control and keep on rolling.

On thoughts
People tend to judge their thoughts - these are for myself, these are the ones I shouldn't have, these I should populate all-round making sure everybody cought my point. At first we are thinking just because of receiving some physical impulses in our brains, second we are thinking what should we think about what we have just had in our mind, and third - thinking what to do with our thoughts save, delete, copy-paste-send. Kinda enormous flow control, sorting the signals and their groups by occasion. Some may say - just let go, but who is going the to accept the 100% per cent of the other person in contact and moreover who is the one to reveal himself like that. It would be quite fun to come about an experiment - for a day just speak your mind and check-out how fast it would lead to some viciously bloody dead-end.

Maxïmo Park mood
At first you find it boring; at second - you get in the mood, and at third - you don't want to let go.

Speech is silver, silence is gold
Today I wasn't much talkative, nonetheless every single thing I said was quite far from making any sense and at no point I felt like stopping. So I guess our ancestors were right while coming about this idiom - if you began to talk crap, just shut up and don't make the matters worse, what in reality is quite an impossible thing to do just because of the inertia.

Boyfriend bomb - shit happens, LOL
When a female you are interested in casually reveals that she has a boyfriend (intentionally or otherwise).
I was about to ask her out but then she dropped the boyfriend bomb.

что?
It's hard to loose a race in which you have lead for quite a while, even though at no point you were willing to win.
To be extended
It's funny how unintentionally we force people to change the opinion about us to the way we think it would lead sooner or later, even though the result for us is less pleasant. Maybe it's so because it's easier to get away with that, just living up to our self-made role in our life as we see it.

Viceversa
It's funny to observe how my opinion can change "about-face-way" about someone when hearing something credibly bad about that person. And other way around - opinion about person who tells some b... about a trustfull person.

Still on the fence

Starting from this week I am wondering what I should go for - resting from doing nothing for 2 months in Latvia and probably getting verpissed of what-is-the-plan-today questioning myself on daily basis OR lookin' for some usefull study/student-job here around or smthn - kinda burning till hell and not seeing the beach this year at all.

Fruitless efforts
Today I nearly finalized my concept about the relevance between the time we spend studying and our efforts: these two aren't relevant. To be precise if there are no particular goals/milestones set and some solid determination at the end of the day you result deeper than you were before with 0 return.

Waste
When your day contains 2 mensas, 2 sports, some lazy stuff in the middle and no attended lectures and no progress in current projects then you feel like being on a suicide ride which will result in a crush in June :/. And it is as bad as it gets about being off-the-track when you don't enjoy yourself at any point.

Afigenai
There is a point in your life when you feel comfortable about not forcing something that should happen - It is fun while you are on the ride - afterwards you will remember this time marked as not-taken-chances. Yeah life is too short for not to take chances, but it so sweet to keep them on the leash and not to pull them closer for a while.

Outta ya klab
Some of us don't want to get new friends/acquantainces - they just look for some new members of their "fan club" - wanna keep us hungry and still good about our addiction. They wanna keep us in a distance but while giving a peeks of some real stuff. These clubs are fun from out here but miserable from there inside.

Why not gone and bitchy?
Why are you so nice? Elsewhere you would be gone and bithcy. Does the location really breaks our knees and make them bend in other direction? Or does it just make us see things differently?
